The agreement between you and Ambient for use of the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ambientnodes.com and the Ambient platform, applications, and devices (the "Service"), provided by Silo Secure Data LLC ("Ambient", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in with a password, an access token, or your Google account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms;
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data;
- Do not use the Service to transmit malware, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
- Do not resell or misrepresent the Service without our written permission.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. You can change or cancel your plan from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to operate and provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silo Secure Data LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
